Police Chief

Mission: Through collaborative efforts and partnerships, the Keiser Police Department guards the life, property, and constitutional rights of all and pursues justice with compassion and respect for all our citizens to ensure a safe and secure community.
Vision: The Keiser Police Department, trusted and respected by the entirety of our citizens, proactively and cooperatively serves with our community by providing exceptional police services that help enable the safety, security, and well-being of all citizens.
Professionalism: We will conduct ourselves in a manner that is consistent with the standards of our mission, vision, and value statement. We will hold each other accountable to our actions and continue to provide quality services to our community. We shall maintain the trust and respect of those whom we serve.
Leadership: We will utilize innovative training and consistent collaboration with our Partners (MCSO, Osceola, Blytheville, and Jonesboro Police) to provide our team with the best education and resources available. We will engage in strategic planning and implementation of innovative law enforcement training. We will encourage and support others in leadership roles within our community. We will strive to resolve conflicts and embrace challenges.
Integrity: We will treat all citizens with respect and professionalism. We take pride in our work and in our dedication to public service. We believe that all citizens are equal. We shall do what is right, not because of recognition, but because it is the right thing to do.
Excellence: We will strive for personal and professional excellence. We will continually develop and embrace relationships with our citizens, community leaders and community partners, to keep our community safe. We will find innovative ways to enhance our service to the community.
Pride: We as an organization believe we must project a positive, professional image of ourselves and the community we serve. We will accomplish this through teamwork, commitment, accountability, and mutual cooperation.
Values: In an ever-changing world, core values are constant, they are fundamental beliefs of a person. Core values are not descriptions of the work we do or the strategies we employ to accomplish our mission. These values underlie our work, how we interact with each other and members of our community and form the basis of our decision-making.
